SHIPPING ADDRESS:
We ship via FedEx whenever possible, so please be sure that you include your proper street address (No PO Boxes) and your correct zip code. Please keep us informed of address changes so that you can receive future catalogs and information.
PAYMENT:
We accept Checks, Purchase Orders, Money Orders, Bank Transfers*, Master Card, VISA, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Western Union.
*Bank Transfers must have a minimum order of $49.95 or more.
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARDS:
We gladly accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
Please Note: We must have your correct "Bill To" address for verification by your credit card company.This is the address where they send your monthly statement. If any of the information is incorrect, it will delay your order.
PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL:
PayPal is another way for you to pay. If you wish to use PayPal as your form of payment, please follow the instructions in our shopping cart.
PAYMENT WITH WESTERN UNION:
Step One: Shopping with Skulls Unlimited by adding items to our Shopping Cart. At checkout you will choose Western Union as your payment option. Submit your order via our secure server. Please wait to be contacted by our staff with the correct shipping charges, we then will reserve your items while you arrange payment with Western Union.
Step Two: Go to your nearest participating Western Union Agent Location. (Check the Western Union Website for the location nearest you.)
Step Three: Request and fill out the Blue Form.
Once you have obtained the Blue Form from the Western Union Agent, you must fill out the appropriate information. In addition to the payment amount, you need to provide your Skulls Unlimited.com order reference number.You would of obtain a shopping cart order number by placing an order on our site and choosing Western Union as your desired payment method. This reference number will be shown on your e-mailed receipt after the order has been placed.

Please be sure to include your full name, address and phone number on the Western Union form when you visit your Western Union Agent.
Step Four: Once you have made the payment, the Western Union Agent will issue you a unique transaction identification number known as a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Please call us at 1-800-659-7585 M-F 8am to 5pm CST. Give our staff your (MTCN), or e-mail this information to us at: truckontracy@gmail.com
After we receive your notice of payment, we will retrieve your payment from Western Union and notify you by telephone or e-mail that we are in receipt of your payment and order will be sent shortly.
PAYMENT BY CHECK / MONEY ORDER:
Personal / Business Checks and Money Orders are also accepted as valid means of payment. Should you decide to pay by check or money order, select 'Check' or 'Money Order' from the payment options in the shopping cart and place the order.
For Canadian and other foreign orders, bank transfers are most convenient, however checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Personal checks will delay shipping 10 days to allow checks to clear. Sorry we cannot ship C.O.D.
SHIPPING:
Orders are normally shipped within 2 working days. We will not hold up your order for an out of stock item, unless we expect it within a few days. Beyond that point we will notify you of any delays. We ship FedEx ground service (no more than 5 delivery days in the U.S.). Next-Day, Second-Day or Three-Day delivery is available for rush orders at an additional shipping cost.
PACKAGING:
Most skulls are in individually labeled boxes or bags for easy identification, shipping and storage.
BACK-ORDERS:
Since many of our products are natural bone specimens and no animals are destroyed for our purposes, occasionally even common specimens will be back-ordered. These orders are normally filled within a reasonable amount of time. You will be notified of delays over 30 days.
PLEASE NOTE:
All items offered by Bone House Int are legally obtained by-products and can legally be sold according to Int laws .Please note, if you order an item(s) from us that you cannot possess according to the laws of your state or country, Bone House accepts no responsibility for this act and will hold you responsible for any penalties and legal fees incurred by Bone House. Please be aware of your local laws before purchasing specimens that you may be in doubt of.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
This covers the cost of processing, packing and shipping your order by FedEx ground service and guaranteed delivery.
RUSH ORDERS:
Next-Day, Second-Day and Three-Day shipping is available at an additional $10.00 above normal air shipping charges. Orders must be received before 10:30 a.m. CST to be shipped the same day. Shipments other than the Continental United States will be shipped the most cost efficient way.
RECYCLING:
Bone House is a true believer in protecting the environment and its natural resources. Our hope is that you will in turn use our boxes and materials for your shipping needs. By continuing the "cycle" we are all preserving the future. If you have any comments regarding our recycling efforts please do not hesitate to contact us.
RETURN POLICY:
We guarantee our products to be true to the description and quality presented in this catalog. Do not return merchandise without first contacting us. We will either exchange the item or issue a credit to your account for a complete refund, less any shipping charges and export fees incurred. Please enclose your invoice with your returned merchandise. Merchandise returned after 10 days of date of invoice may be charged a 20% restocking fee and orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
International Orders
1. To Place an International Order, items to your shopping cart must exceed a minimum of $50 to proceed to the checkout.
2. Then complete your shipping, billing, and contact information as requested. Under payment information, select International Order as your payment option.
3. Submit your order.
4. You will receive an email order confirmation from us.
5. We will verify the order and then contact you with Shipping Charges and any other fees required to complete your order.
6. If you would rather choose one of the credit card options instead, you will be notified of any additional shipping charges before any charges will be made to your credit card.
7. Occasionally Bone House Int will require Bank transfers for particular International Orders.
Please be aware that on all International Orders, shipping charges and fees may vary depending on the items requested, their weight, and destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees of their country. This may involve being required to pay the delivery person when your package is delivered. If an item does need to be returned, it should be sent so that no customs fees are charged to Bone House. This can be done by telling the shipper that the order is a return for replacement (or that the item is damaged). If customs fees are billed to Bone House Int your return will be refused.
Special Considerations about Placing International Orders for Real Wild Animal Products.
Wild Animal Products require inspection by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services (USFWS) for export from the United States.
International orders for these items are gladly accepted. There are certain fees to be expected when we export your order.
All parcels containing real animal products most often also need a U.S. Dept of Agriculture Export certificate
Once the parcel is cleared by USFWS, the parcel would need to ship by a bonded freight forwarder. Estimated shipping charges will vary and you will be contacted to approve shipping charges before shipping.

Certain CITES animals offered on this web site are not available for export, due to stringent export requirements from the United States.
